My Opinion About The SuperBox S1 PRO & Why I Will Never Review It

This is my opinion about the SuperBox S1 PRO since I got asked by a lot of you to share it with you. I got plenty of emails from various sellers in order to review this device and recommend it. And even if they give you crazy money if you “convince” people to buy it, I refused. I also refused to get one as a sample to review since they want to add their link in the video description.

Now, I am not saying that the SuperBox S1 Pro is a scam. At the end of the day you pay for it and it arrives. The issue is that it seems “shady”, or even illegal if they do not have the licenses which means they will be shut down at some point. Then you will be left with a cheap, outdated tv box and no service. Because let’s face the elephant in the room, if you buy this Superbox, you only do it for the live tv and movies, the Blue TV, and the Blue VOD apps that are included.

I am not biased quite the opposite I would love to make money. But not if the cost is to lose my credibility and your trust.
Also, I am very disappointed by some “reviewers” that recommend this device. It’s just a matter of time until this service shuts down and leaves all those people with a cheap box that is outdated.
I will never affiliate with a product I don’t believe in, even if I lose hundreds or as in this case thousands of revenue. Your trust has no price tag.

I want also to point out that I am not here to preach ethics. A user can do whatever he wishes with his money. I know a lot of people use IPTV, but it is different if you get a month to month subscription, different if you pay up-front a lifetime subscription, especially with my blessing (or any other YouTuber / Reviewer).

Tanix TX9 Pro Android 7.1 3GB/32GB sale with coupon!

It is a great buy for the specs of the device. The Tanix TX9 Pro comes with Android 7.1 Nougat, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The cpu is the Amlogic S912, an Octa-core 64bit with great performance that we find in other flagship TV Boxes in the market and the GPU, as suspected, the ARM Mali-T820MP3.

The very good specs continue with the connectivity of the Tanix TX9 Pro as well: Dual band WiFi of 2.4G and 5.8G, a High Speed Ethernet 1000M LAN port, Bluetooth 4.1, optical SPDIF out and 2 X USB 2.0. Also comes with a micro-SD slot. It only lacks of a USB 3.0 but that shouldn’t be a deal breaker for most people, considering also the very approachable price!

The already pre-installed fork of KODI isn’t that good. But I highly recommend you uninstall it and install the latest version of KODI 17.6 from the Google Playstore. The perfomance is excellent, I only noticed some issues with the x.264 codec in 4K that inside KODI isn’t that good. But 4K in HEVC is spectacular. Youtube is also playing flawlessly, supports 1080p and I had no issues with it. Fast and reliable.

The default launcher is the usual we find on most Android TV Boxes nowdays. It has a very fast performance but I only had an annoyance, the delay of the icon when going from the app drawer to the home screen. Nothing special, just a minor annoyance for my obsessive–compulsive disorder. I also got two updates since I started reviewing the Tanix TX9 Pro. It is always very appreciated when you receive frequent updates on your device. The brand recognizes the product and appreciates the customore for the trust he gave to them.

Having used a previous model of Obins Anne Pro keyboard in the past, I was very happy to see the new model finally out. Having to type a lot each day and playing as well I decided the best would be the blue switches even though they would be loud in a office. But that’s just a personal taste.

The RGB lighting is also a big plus. The Anne Pro has a very nice app which is available for both iOS and Android devices and you can customize the way your keyboard functions. The Light Effect settings give you high customization and also the rest of the app is very well made. Adding macros is a piece of cake!

The Bluetooth connectivity is the only negative aspect of this keyboard. It happened that I lost connectivity with one of my testing devices, even if it was just for a brief moment.
