Watch Free Live TV with CLU IPTV Addon on KODI, a free addon by Pipcan and Dexter which delivers a great, quality list of Live TV / IPTV Channels with excellent video and audio quality and great speed. No buffering either on any of those I checked (and I checked a lot!).
